Player Agreement Overview

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

You and the operator each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and an arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one participant.

Account Security and Profile Administration

Termination and General Provisions

The operator may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this player agreement, suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Upon termination, your license to use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins ends immediately, and any unredeemed balances associated with a terminated account may be forfeited where permitted by law, except where a pending legitimate redemption request is already in process.

This player agreement sweepstakes document, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted promotional rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding CoinsRaid. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

The operator’s failure to enforce any provision of this agreement is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
